Their disregard for the Handicapped pervades through its staff’s callous indifference toward customers in need.
It is painfully obvious that Holiday Inn Express and Suites Airport Inn, Salt Lake City, UT is incapable of managing a hotel for the handicapped. The staff member told my wife they would call a Taxi and for $12.00 take her the 300 yards to the Light Rail! Not having the $12.00, my wife was forced to make the painful walk to the Light Rail Station. Yesterday, one of the Holiday Inn Express Salt Lake City-Airport East staff told my wife that NO the Holiday Inn Express and Suites Airport East WOULD NOT help her at all. The Clerk double-checked with another staff and assured me that – YES the Van could drop off my wife.
Holiday Inn Express Salt Lake City-Airport East could care less about the Handicapped Two weeks ago I called Holiday Inn Express and Suites Airport East, Salt Lake City, Utah to confirm that their Van could drop off my Handicapped wife at the Light Rail Station less than 300 yards away.
